Love of food has always been a large part of my life.  My adventure began in my grandmother's kitchen and my travels eventually led me to France where I attended the L'Ecole de La Varenne and L'Ecole de La Notre.  Each year I return to France to continue to enjoy and experience the cuisine from an intimate perspective while engaging local master cooks to continually renew and update my recipes.

I enjoy food and my cooking reflects my life experiences and travels.  Middle eastern spice may compliment local Utah trout or grass fed lamb.  Unforgettable meals start with hand selected ingredients.  No matter the size of your party, every item of produce is personally selected by me.  Utah offers a remarkable selection of locally raised and grown foods.   Many other specialties can be flown in fresh daily. 

I am most at home in the kitchen and it is my pleasure to prepare meals for you, your family and guests that are to your exact specifications.  My team and I understand that your event, no matter the size, is a special moment in your life. We want to ensure its complete success.
